Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! I wanted to share a quick update on my health journey. Yesterday, I went to the doctor for a general checkup, and I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all!
Lower Blood Pressure with Fiber Fit Keto
Since starting the Fiber Fit Keto plan, I've been really focused on improving my health. And guess what? My blood pressure is now 148/80, which is much lower than it has been in quite a while. For context, a reading of 148/80 falls into Stage 2 Hypertension, but it’s a significant improvement for me. It means my efforts are paying off, and my health is moving in the right direction!
Weight Loss Progress
But that's not all! I've also lost 14 pounds since my last visit in February. I know it might sound a bit slow to some, and honestly, I was hoping for more. But hey, it didn’t go up, and the weight is certainly headed in the right direction. Progress is progress!
Staying Motivated
My ultimate goal is to get under 200 pounds, and I know that it’s completely doable if I stay in the right mindset. It’s all about staying committed and being consistent.

My doctor was really proud of me for stepping up my game. It felt great to hear that my hard work is being recognized and that I'm on the right path.
Feeling Grateful and Invincible
